Recently I received a call from one of my awesome brides, Christine, that her friend Alexa was looking for a photographer.  Christine and Alexa have known each other since elementary school.  Alexa needed someone to photograph her boyfriend Tony for a feature in his fraternity’s magazine.  I was more than excited!

The shoot included Tony with one of the cars from the company he works for, Tesla Motors.  Tesla is a “Green” car company which manufactures high performance electric vehicles.  I wanted to know what Tony did for the company and here’s what he had to say:  ” I started at Tesla July 1, 2009 as a Technical Recruiter tasked with building Vehicle and Manufacturing Engineering teams specifically for the Model S and future model programs. Right now I specifically work for the Manufacturing Group for the vehicle build and production as well as the Facilities Build. On top of Recruitment our team is responsible for building the Organizational Development for our office down here in LA in conjunction with our counterparts up north in Palo Alto.”

This is one of my favorite images from the shoot.  It took place at the Tesla Motors showroom in West Los Angeles.  Behind Tony are the color choices for the Teslas.  This particular model starts at over $109,000.  (I so badly wanted to drive it.)  It’s a beautiful piece of machinery!
