Last month I was invited to attend the Asian American Wedding Professionals Association graduation and mixer. It was a great evening. I was able to see the displays the graduating students had been working so hard on. The tables were filled with beautiful decor, created through the inspiration and imagination of each graduate.
During the mixer, all of the students were awarded a graduation certificate by the association’s founder Sherrien Shui. There were also people who had contributed to the students and event, that were given recognition to. Because I was chosen to speak before the class earlier in the year, I was honored that evening with a “Letter of Appreciation”.
And while I was admiring the event and all of the beautiful displays, of course I had to photograph a few things:

Thanks again to the Crowne Plaza in Fullerton for hosting the event. I’m very appreciative of the fact that I was involved in anyway. I know these graduates are going to go far in their careers. I’m also certain that Sherrien and the AAWPA will have many exciting ventures in the future!
